I completed my clinical training as a clinical oncologist in the Angel. H. Roffo Cancer Institute of the University of Buenos Aires and obtained a specialization in clinical oncology at the Universidad Catolica of Argentina and the University of Buenos Aires. During my fellowship I received training in biostatistics (Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, UBA) and laboratory clinical research at the University of Buenos Aires and Vanderbilt University, TN. During my training I became extremely interested in the study of the pathogenesis and therapeutics of lymphomas and solid tumors. I performed studies in pre-clinical models of lung and breast cancers and designed and conducted clinical trials in supportive and paliative care in patients with solid tumors and lymphomas. I then pursued a post-doctoral training in lymphoma biology with emphasis in epigenetic and transcription-based therapeutics under the mentiorship of Dr. Ari Melnick at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (AECOM) in New York.
